ADDITIONAL Landlord’s condition for concluding the deal: the tenant takes on payment of part of the cost of drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following broker actions: carrying out the handover of the property and drafting a report, participation in the transfer of billing, preparation and storage of visual material, i.e., the tenant pays 390 EUR plus 22% VAT on the advertised rent.
